Commissioners & Mayor of the City of Bozeman,
My name is Chris Westlake. I am a resident of Bozeman. I am writing as a character reference for Matt and MeeHee
Kirby and Jesse and Megan Radoslovich in their application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Coperative Household.
I have known and worked with both families for over a year. As a homeowner, it is always a concern when we get new
neighbors. We hope they will be good neighbors - neighborly, considerate, take good care of their home and yard, not
be a disturbance, and that they will be easy to get along with. That doesn't always work out, but that is always our
desire, at least. We do our best to be good neighbors of that kind, as well.
In all my interactions with the Kirbys and Radoslovichs, I would love to have them in our neighborhood. I think they will
be good neighbors and a great addition to the neighborhood. There are other advantages to the community as well, but
none more important to me PERSONALLY as the good neighbor test.
Other advantages are it makes home ownership possible when the two families can share the expense, and we know that
homeowners usually take more interest in caring for their own property and neighborhood than renters do.
Please grant these young families the opportunity of home ownership in Bozeman and an opportunity to serve those in
the community of Baxter Creek.
