Good Morning!
I am writing this email on the day of the Public Hearing for the CUP for 4149 Clydesdale Ct toshow the parking nightmare that we have seen already since just the one family has moved in. Ican only imagine what it will be like when both families live there which is why I am opposedtheir their CUP request.
Currently the owners have 4 cars (2 from each family). They have promised that they would parkall 4 cars in the garage and in their driveway. From these photos they are going against that.
I live 2 houses down from this home. Our HOA owns the street and is maintained by them. Theirparking situation violates our covenants. They have created a hazard with cars parked in the streetwhich has caused snow plows to have to plow around them. This has caused snow build upbecause they can't clear the street completely.
Last Wednesday night (11/15) they had 3 cars parked in their driveway. The third car completelyblocked the sidewalk (photo attached) which made my dog and I have to go into the street andback onto the sidewalk at the next driveway. It was hazardous with the snowy and icy roads.
Their parking is disrupting a cul de sac that normally is free of cars because all other residencespark in their own driveways.
I have no tolerance for this type of issue.
I strongly urge the City Commissioner's to deny the application for the CUP.
