Dear Bozeman City Commission,
My name is Kaylene Murphy and I have been a Bozeman resident since 2009. I met Matt and
MeeHee Kirby the same month that I moved to town. I have gotten to know them fairly well since
then. They are a wonderful couple who loves the Bozeman community and their family very well.
From seeing them work with college students for the last 8 years, I know that their character is
strong and that they would do everything possible to be a benefit to the community. They would
keep their house in working and good repair. I believe they would add to the neighborhood they
are seeking to live in with their warm and hospitable personalities. I believe that granting them the
CPU would be a benefit to the city of Bozeman.
