Mr. Saunders,
I just wanted to voice my concerns regarding the non family related dualoccupancy related to the above address. I live in Baxter Meadows West for many
reasons but one is to get away from the high density in other parts of BaxterMeadows and Bozeman in general. With higher density come wider range of
work hours, traffic and cars parked on the streets. All of which makes this privatedrive unique, to prevent all of this.
With the approval, and what is already noticeable, cars are parked in areas they
have never been parked and the volume of traffic has definitely increased. Familyis one thing, but two families together to save money and do who knows what is
for another neighborhood or section of town designated for high density. Thesearen't cheap homes and it would be a shame to see more of these pop up and drive
down the desire and price to live in the neighborhood.
Please highly consider the density designation in your decision and the impact thiscould cause in a wider scope of Bozeman. The county is an option to live and so
is a higher density designated area.
