We have lived at this location for two (2) years.We are writing to you to express our serious opposition against theConditional Use Permit applied for by the planned cooperative livingarrangement at 4149 Clydesdale Court in the Baxter Meadows Westsubdivision. We feel very strongly against the CUP request because itdirectly affects our family’s quality of life and property investment. We are sure these two families are wonderful, caring andresponsible people, however, we believe this CUP is notconsistent with the original intent of the City of Bozeman ResidentialSingle Unit Zone and the Baxter Meadow’s West HOA.If this CUP is approved we are very, very concerned that it will open“Pandora’s Box” and our neighborhood, Baxter Meadows West, willsoon become multi-family with 2, 3 or even 4 un-related familiesoccupying single family houses. Should this occur we are concernedthe approval of this CUP will cause serious traffic and parkingcongestion, significantly reduce real estate prices andtherefore our investment in our home, stress an already stressedmunicipal services situation and potentially create other negativesafety and life style situations and environment.Thank you for the opportunity for us to express our opposition tothis CUP for 4149 Clydesdale Court.
