Subject: Public Notice- Reference 4149 Clydesdale Court CUP, File 17-469
As a resident, builder and Realtor in Baxter Meadows subdivision, I protest the approval
of the CUP for 4149 Clydesdale Ct. Baxter Meadows is a single-family subdivision with
high demand. It shall remain a SINGLE-FAMILY subdivision with high demand. Allowing
single-family property to be co-owned by two, or more, families will bring about more
traffic, congested parking and maintenance and the HOA will not be earning any more
money than what it would if the residence was owned by a single-family. This increase
in population will, also, devalue the subdivision, each homeowner’s property and each
homeowner’s support for the subdivision.
Along with taking away from the value and allure of Baxter Meadows, this action will
set a precedence that will de-value many more beautiful subdivisions throughout
Bozeman.
I protest the approval of the CUP for 4149 Clydesdale Ct.
