This correspondence is in reference to The 4149 Clydesdale Ct. File 17-469
Public Hearing Nov. 20th @ 6:00 p.m.
This letter is to voice my concerns with the allowance of a Conditional UsePermit-multiple buyers splitting ownership of one house.
My family and I have lived in Baxter Meadows for about 5 years and absolutely
love how clean, well kept, and safe the neighborhood is. Reading through theletters it sounds like the Kirby's and Radoslovich's are upstanding individuals but
that's not the point here.If we grant them a CUP then where does it stop? We thenhave to extend the same courtesy to other families and we can't control everyone's
personalities and cleanliness. These restrictions were set in place for a reason andwe all have to abide by them. We would love to have the Kirby's and
Radoslovich's in this neighborhood just in separate homes. We strongly encouragethe City of Bozeman to consider these issues and vote against the CUP request.
