Hello.
After reading the public comments on the CUP application for 4149 Clydesdale Court File 17-469, I feel compelled to provide a second comment.
All of the comments in support of this CUP speak to the character of the applicants. I wish to
remind the commission that neither they, nor we as neighbors, are the arbiters of someone'scharacter. An applicant's personal traits or habits, whether viewed as good or bad, must not be
a factor in decision making in a matter such as this. If they are, it sets a dangerous precedencewhich could easily permit discrimination.
The matter at hand is the property, not the people.
I will again, voice my opposition to this CUP. Baxter Meadows is a planned community, with
both our HOA and the City of Bozeman having zoned that lot for a single family household.As homeowners in this neighborhood for over 8 years, only one block east of the property in
question, this was our understanding when we chose to make our investment in BaxterMeadows.
