To Whom It May Concern,
As a resident of Baxter Meadows West I am writing to protest the approval of the Conditional Use Permit
(CUP) which would allow 2 non-related families to occupy 4149 Clydesdale Court. When my husband
and I decided to build a home in Bozeman, we chose this neighborhood because it was restricted to
single family residences. By allowing the CUP, it could negatively impact our property value and
investment we made in the purchase of our home and would set a precedent for the covenants and
bylaws within each neighborhood of the city to be challenged.
Thank you for your consideration in not approving the CUP.
