It is my request that the City of Bozeman continue to support the integrity of the RS Designated Zoning III.C.RS. keeping this area one single family dwellings as described in the Bozeman City ode (Sec. 38.42..1420)and which was created to allow for open space and resource protection. Preserving and protecting the individual investments in the Baxter Meadows property is the only concern. It is important to acknowledge that this concern has nothing to do with the individuals who are applying for a Conditional Use permit. After reading many of the emails which have been posted on the website, I question those who are in support of this permit based on the character of the individuals and who live outside the Bozeman area. These emails are irrelevant to the nature of the real concern of upholding the original R-S residential zoning designation. By allowing this permit to pass the City of Bozeman would open the flood gates for additional permits as well as legal action toward the city. It is my hope that the facts will prevail and emotions will be put aside to do what is best for the Baxter Meadow community as a whole. Regards, Patricia J Ingraham 406-600-7706
