Best, Rainy --RAINY WAGNER406- 600- 0166 November 17, 2017 Re: Public Notice- Reference 4149 Clydesdale Court CUP, File 17-469 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter regarding our deep concern and opposition in the conditional use permit as requested in File #17-469. My husband and I currently live in Baxter Meadows and have for 15 years. Our first home in phase 1 for over a decade and most recently into our new home in Baxter Meadows West, phase 3. My husband and I pride ourselves on saving for our dream home we live in now for a long time. We purposely invested in building a custom home in the new phase of this neighborhood because it is zoned as a single-family neighborhood only. By approving this CUP for two unrelated separate couples with two sets of children you are violating our rights as homeowners in this development who purchased and built homes specifically with this criteria in mind and who follow the zoning law. Should this be approved it opens other opportunities to zoning and effects the value or our properties and the livelihood we so desire. We believe in the need for affordable housing and multi family housing but don’t feel it is ethical or fair to alter this zoning without a vote of the homeowners and an approval by our Baxter Meadows HOA. The City of Bozeman should also protect our rights and adhere to the current zoning in place for our neighborhood. Thank you in advance for your consideration of our letter.
