To whom it may concern,
My name is Seth Hedge. I have been a Bozeman resident for thirteen years and a resident of
Baxter Meadows for the past four years. I currently own a home in Baxter Meadows. My wifeand I enjoy the neighborhood very much. We have an excellent HOA, and I have gone to
many of the meetings over the years. From the HOA meetings, I have gained perspective onthe overall intent of the Baxter Meadow design, and I believe the Kirby and Radoslovich
families will be an excellent addition to the neighborhood.
Both families are of incredibly high character. I wish they were buying the house next to mine.If they were to become your neighbors, they are the type of people you would find shoveling
your driveway unprompted, raking your leaves just to be kind, bringing you dinner when yourkids are sick, or helping you stain your fence on a Saturday afternoon.
I know there are some rules in place in the Bozeman planning code to restrict dwellings to
single family units. I think the restrictions are helpful in most cases. However, I also know thata Conditional Use Permit was created for the time when the rules call for an exception. I
believe this is one of the times to grant the exception. As a Baxter Meadows resident, I askthat you please consider granting the Conditional Use Permit in this case. I believe that those
in opposition will be glad the CUP was granted after time has passed and they reap thebenefits of having neighbors like the Kirby and Radoslovich families.
