RE: Notice of Big Sky Economic Development Trust Fund (BSTF) Grant Extension
Approval for Montana Meat Co., MT-BSTF-1-16-14 and MT-BSTF-1-1 6-14A
Dear Mayor Taylor:
The City of Bozeman's request for a one-year extension on the above referenced contract
was recently reviewed by the Department's Loan and Grant Review Committee.
The Department has approved a one-year extension for the above referenced contract
with the understanding that the contract could be closed-out as soon as Montana Meat
Co. is able to document that three (3) jobs have met the wage requirement. The award
amount is also reduced to $22,500.00 the amount that has been reimbursed to the City
of Bozeman.
The BSTF Contract will now expire on November 20, 2018. A contract amendment will
be routed to you through DocuSign.
We look forward to a successful completion of this grant.
