To Whom It May Concern:
It has been brought to my attention there is a Public Hearing November 20th at
6:00pm regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) whichwould allow 2 non-related families to legally occupy a residence in Baxter
Meadows West. I’m opposed to the CUP which violates the Residential SingleUnit Zone the neighborhood falls within, as well as directly contradicts Baxter
Meadows West’s HOA. We all enjoy living in Bozeman and can’t help but noticeit is growing. When we choose to purchase a home, we are making a financial
investment, an investment in a community and a lifestyle choice. Zoning andHOAs are designed to protect these investments. I can’t help but disagree with a
CUP that goes against Zoning and HOAs if only to protect my own investmentwithin our wonderful community of Bozeman. This case will set the precedence
for our growing community. If this CUP shall be approved, what is to stop everyResidential Single Unit Zone in Bozeman from becoming multi-family?
