Good Morning,
My wife and I are Bozeman residents. I am writing to inform you of my concern anddisapproval of a CUP being issued for 4149 Clydesdale Ct for a cooperative Housing Permit. I
oppose the CUP due to the precedent it would set, particularly in regards to superseding HOAcovenants and bylaws. While the character of those applying for the CUP is not in question,
this is a Pandora’s box for all current and future homeowners in Bozeman due to potentialimpacts to property values should the City choose to bypass the Single Family Home
designation of this residence.
Please allow us, and others, to protect the investments of our homes and reject this CUPrequest.
