RE: zoning change request for single family home at 4149 Clydesdale Court to be converted to a duplex
home
As a four year resident of Baxter Meadows West and a Real estate tax payer, I am opposed to the CUP
request on file for the property at 4149 Clydesdale Court. This is a single family home community with
houses assessed and valued over $400 -600k. Creating a duplex on a single family lot, out of a single family
home will devalue our property and open the flood gates for more of these conversions. It will be difficult
to sell a home here as single family if that mixed zoning change takes place. There are less expensive duplex
communities nearby if these two families want to pool their resources.
Please do not cause devaluation of our properties by allowing this duplex conversion.
