Pertaining to the conditional use permit application for the property at 4149 Clydsdale Courtin Bozeman‘s Baxter Meadows subdivision
Robin and I would like to express our neutrality.
I would personally lean toward recommending a rejection of the application and since Robin
does not feel as strongly as I do, we kind of cancel each other out I suppose.
However, one concerns that we share would be that the permit, if issued, be non-transferable.
With the opportunity for family disputes and other conflicts arising in a living situation meantfor one family but housing two not only puts a strain on the resources such as parking at the
location but can create significant issues trying to uphold the covenants and other agreementsof inhabiting this neighborhood. The site and the neighborhood is carefully planned and
multiple family dwellings are allowed in other phases of the subdivision intentionally toaccommodate those wishing to do as these families are attempting to do.
