QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 20th day of December , 1999 between the City of
Bozeman, 411 E. Main Street, Bozeman, Montana, 59771, a Municipal Corporation of the State
of Montana, hereinafter "GRANTOR", and Penny A. Young and Kay S. Mortensen, hereinafter
"GRANTEES".
WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of one and
no/lOOths Dollars ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the said GRANTEES, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey, remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto the said
GRANTEES and to their successors and assigns, any right, title, or interest said GRANTOR may
have in a forty (40) foot wide frontage road easement located on the following described real
estate:
Lot 5 of Poncelet Minor Subdivision No. 202, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 1 south, Range 6 East, Principle Meridian of Montana, City of Bozeman,
Gallatin County, Montana.
ALL AS shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity, of the said GRANTOR, of, in, or to the said frontage road easement and every
part and parcel thereof.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said frontage road easement, with the
appurtenances unto the said GRANTEES and their successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has caused its corporate name to be subscribed and
its corporate seal to be affixed, by its proper officers, thereunto duly authorized, on this 20th
day of December 1999.
