Subject: 4149 Clydesdale Court File 17-469 Public Hearing: November 20th at 6pm
Dear Chris I am concerned about a home at 4149 Clydesdale Court that backs up to my home at 2421
Lasso Avenue. My concern is that it is being sold to 2 families with 6 children. It is a singlefamily home and the buyers are seeking a variance to skirt the single family zoning.
Allowing this variance would set a precedence that would unravel the fabric of ourneighborhood. The homes in Baxter Meadows were built as single family and are in no way
adequate to accommodate multi family. The increase of cars, both parking and driving, is notsustainable in our neighborhood.
Bozeman is growing so fast and this type of rule bending will only serve to encourage more.
This is of great importance to me that this issue is carefully considered and the Variance andCUP be denied to preserve the neighborhood as it was initially intended, and to protect
