Dear Chris. I do apologize for the third email but I thought I would attach a couple photos of the cars parked on
Riata in front of my house. They are all in the Clydesdale house. I am concerned this is going to be a weekly and
common occurrence. It was also brought to my attention that one of the owners is part of an online group called
couch surfers where people pay to stay on your couch! There are concerns for many reasons regarding this one
being the safety of the children in this neighborhood.
Thank you,

Following up with some additional information.
I was just taking my 9 week old puppy for a walk before bed when I was passed by a truck going too fast. When
they went by me and my pup they did not slow down which I thought was strange since most people who drive
down Riata will slow down for walkers. This truck went to the end of our road, parked and 7 young men got
out. They went to the 4149 Clydesdale house. I am a little confused as to why they parked so far from their
destination. Then two more cars full of young people drove up and parked on Riata just down from our house
and also went to that house. I remember noticing these same vehicles parked here the other night. What the heck
is going on and why don't they park by the house they are visiting. I find it strange. This information backs up
my other concerns about many cars parked all over the place on a consistent basis. This home with these
multiple families living in it is acting more like a frat house than a single family dwelling. Also as I write this
new email 2 more vehicles have arrived and all are driving too fast! I am not happy about this situation!

Kara Haynes

Re: 4149 Clydesdale Court File 17-469Public Hearing: November 20th at 6pm
To Chris Saunders or whom it may concern:
I am writing to voice my opinion and concern in regards to the public hearing for a
conditional use permit for 4149 Clydesdale Court in Bozeman, MT 59718. I own andlive in my home at 4226 Fjord Court which is the cul-de-sac just West of Clydesdale
Court. The owners in Baxter Meadows West subdivision and more specifically theowners in my cul-de-sac and the Clydesdale cul-de-sac have great pride in our homes and
surrounding areas and all work very hard to keep them looking nice. We all park in ourgarages for the most part or only have one or two vehicles in our drive ways. We all
choose to work hard to own our homes here and take great pride and care in thesurrounding areas. I am greatly opposed to these multiple families who moved into 4149
Clydesdale Court. This is not a multifamily neighborhood AT ALL. I am concernedabout the precedence this will set for others. I am concerned about these multiple
families altering the inside of this single-family home to fit their needs via remodeling. Iam concerned when they sell this property in the future that they will attract multiple
families to this home. I already notice 4 cars on a daily basis parked all over the cul-de-sac and not in their driveway which looks junkie. We chose to buy our home here
because street parking was not something that occurred here due to the prices of homesand way the lots were set up. I also noticed one Friday at 8 pm some men carrying what
looked like lumber inside which goes back to my concern that they might be planning toalter the home to make it more of a multifamily inside. I do not feel this neighborhood is
the place for this kind of arrangement. They should have purchased a duplex or a homeoutside of city limits.
I am upset this happened and am vehemently opposed to these multiple families livinghere, parking all their cars on the street every day and filing for this conditional use
permit. This is not the place for this and what happens when all their children get oldenough to drive and have cars? Then we could have 8 plus cars parking all over the place!
Thank you for considering my opinion on the matter.
Respectfully,
Kara Haynes
