This correspondence is in reference to The 4149 Clydesdale Ct. File 17-469 Public Hearing Nov. 20th @ 6:00 p.m.
The perspective buyers of the Clydesdale Ct property are seeking a Conditional Use Permit to be able to purchase
the house as multiple buyers, in a cooperative living arrangement - so splitting the ownership of the one house.
I live in the Baxter Meadows West neighborhood and I am in opposition to this, solely for the fact that this
neighborhood is, by covenants and by laws, restricted to single family dwellings. And, to allow this Conditional
Use Permit would set a precedent for these covenants to be challenged city wide. I urge you to not allow this CUP.
