Hi, I'm writing concerning:
4149 Clydesdale Court File 17-469
Public Hearing: November 20th at 6pm
My name is Megan Stout, my husband and three children live in Baxter Meadows on Lasso
Avenue, one block east of Clydesdale Court. We have lived on Lasso Avenue for 8 years, and in
Baxter Meadows for 9 years.
We oppose this CUP. Baxter Meadows is a community of friends and neighbors. This phase of
our neighborhood is for single family homes only. This has been the shared vision of our
residents, beyond just what is articulated in our HOA covenants and bylaws. Please do not
overrule the agreement our residents have made with one another for this conditional use
permit. This is our neighborhood and our community.
