SUBJECT: McChesney Industrial Park Irrevocable Offer of Dedication MEETING DATE: November 13, 2017

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with Longshot Equity, LLC for the McChesney Industrial Park.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (originals to City Clerk), of the partially executed
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Applicants are required to provide this dedication if concurrent construction of infrastructure and building permits are requested per Bozeman Municipal Code 38.39.030. Engineering staff reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
