Dear Commissioners:
In response to the requested conditional use permit by the two families at 4149 Clydesdale
Court we urge the commission to grant it. Though we do not know the Kirby and Radoslovich
families personally, we know of their intent and reasons for requesting the permit and believe
that it should be issued. A larger home and yard space is beneficial to families with young
children verses a smaller condo with a limited outdoor living space. This is a unique solution,
though not for everyone, for addressing the high home costs in Bozeman. If these families
wish to co-habitate for the betterment of their families and finances then they should be
allowed to. Their reputations from fellow acquaintances and the organization they work with
proceed them and we believe they will be responsible and pleasant neighbors. We certainly
want them to live in Bozeman therefore should accommodate their request to make it
possible. The city of Bozeman should not discriminate against their lifestyle choice living
together as a multi-family unit and should be willing to let them give it a try. Thank you for
