To Whom it May Concern,
Our names are Jonathan and Molly Engel and we are close, personal friends of both Matt and
Lisa MeeHee Kirby, and Jesse and Megan Radoslovich. We are Bozeman residents and wouldlike to give our thoughts on why the allowing of their CUP would be beneficial to the
community. Both Kirby and Radoslovich families are humble, hardworking, servant hearted,warm and kind. These are the kind of people that anyone would want to represent your state,
county, town, and specifically neighborhood. They have committed their lives to serving andcaring for college students in every way imaginable. We all know that housing has only
become more and more expensive here in our town in the last couple of years and hasunfortunately driven humble. middle-class families out of Bozeman. Allowing my dear friends
and co-workers this permit would allow them to continue to live in Bozeman, the place theylove and are raising their children in. These families both desire to care for their home in a
way that will maintain the quality of the workmanship and improve the value over time. Iknow for a fact that both families greatly increased the value of their last homes by caring for
them and making necessary and needed improvements. Again, families like my friends reallyare the kind of people anyone would want to live next door to. Please consider allowing this
Conditional Use Permit, and in doing so, improving the quality of their neighborhood in ourbeloved town.
