I am responding to the revised plans Bryan residence on 502 East Cottonwood.
My original comments relating to the size of the structure and the massing of the large
east wall are still applicable. Some modest changes were made to the design but I do
not think they are substantial enough to address concerns and I feel that the COA
should be denied at this point.
