Dear City of Bozeman,
My wife and I own a home In Baxter West (2284 Andalusian Avenue). Unfortunately, we are unable
to attend the public hearing of 4149 Clydesdale Court CUP, File 17-469, but need to express our
opinion.
In short, I believe it is in violation of how our development / HOA was established as a Single Family
Residence. We would not have invested in our property and development if we felt it could be
multi-family housing. I certainly see the need for affordable housing and multi-family housing, but it
doesn’t seems fair or legal that this can happen without a vote from the HOA.
