is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will
also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item.
Please limit your comments to three minutes.

1. Bridger View Redevelopment: Concept PUD Plan for Affordable Housing.
A mixed-income neighborhood that contains 63 homes – half of which will be
permanently affordable to middle-income residents.

Recommended Motion: Having considered the request and relevant information, we
recommend that the City Commission approve the Concept PUD Plan for affordable
housing at Bridger View Redevelopment.
2. Update from Professor Ralph Johnson’s MSU School of Architecture students –
Highland Boulevard (City of Bozeman cemetery land) project for affordable
housing.
3. Status update from CAHAB Affordable Housing Ordinance (AHO) Revision
Subcommittee – discussion of suggested changes. (Thane, Guyer, Stratton)

5. Report from Brian LaMeres on findings of the City Attorney on whether the City of
Bozeman can assess a fee based on permitted value, the proceeds of which to be
used for affordable housing.
