SUBJECT: Continuation of Application 17454, a zone map amendment for 39.896 acres with proposed initial zoning of PLI, Public Lands and Institutions District in association with an Annexation Petition. MEETING DATE: November 6, 2017 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Action RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Commission continue the hearing for the
zone map amendment to November 13, 2017. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to continue the public hearing for the Bozeman 2nd High School Annexation zone map amendment, Application 17454 to November 13, 2017.
BACKGROUND: This is the zone map amendment associated with a Part 46 petition to annex a single tract for development as a school. The consideration of the annexation is scheduled for November 13, 2017. The continuation will bring the two elements of the application together for Commission action on the same day.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available:
1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
