RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign the utility easement with Jill Stephens for the Midtown Apartments. BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed
easement for utilities for the Midtown Apartments. Engineering staff
reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission. Attachments: Utility Easement
