Beginning at a point in the east line of the west
half of said Block Nine (9), said point being two
hundred three and eight-tenths (203.8) feet south
of the northeast corner of said west half of
Block Nine (9); thence north along the east line
of said west half of Bloak Nine (9), thirty-two
and five-tenths (32.5) feet; thence south 670 19'

profits thereof; and also all estate, right, title and interest,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as

that they will forever warrant and defend their right, title and
interest in and to the said premises, and the quiet and peaceful
possession thereof, unto the said party of the second part, its
