To Whom It May Concern:
I am FOR the Conditional Use Permit for 4149 Clydesdale Court. It has become increasingly
expensive to live in Bozeman with average incomes. I understand why families are willing to double
up to survive in this town. I have always agreed with the rule that 5 or less adults could live in the
same house, but with only 4 adults and small children, it shouldn’t be an issue on such a large lot.
The kids could park on Kimberwicke once they begin to drive. It would be a form of discrimination to
place our judgement on this arrangement. I think it is a smart idea.
