Hello,
I am writing to you about my friends Matt and Lisa (MeeHee) Kirby. I have known Matt for
about 15 years and MeeHee for about 10 years.
I was born in Bozeman, and aside from about 4 years overseas, I have always called Bozemanmy home. I bought a townhouse about 3 years ago.
Matt told me about his family’s plans to buy a home in Baxter Meadows with another family.
These two families have worked closely together for several summers and I would imaginethat this is a decision that they have taken very seriously. Matt and MeeHee are both
wonderfully kind and warm people and I trust their integrity and judgement in this matter.
As Bozeman’s real estate market skyrockets, this creative solution could certainly be a steptoward affordable housing. It would also be a small step toward lessening the traffic as they
would be able to carpool to many things.
I have spent time at Matt and MeeHee’s home over the years and it was always in good shapeand tidy. I believe they would bring that same standard to their shared home.
I would love to have these two families living in a house next door to my home.
