Thank you for the leadership you give to our community.
Today, I am writing to express my interest in a cooperative housing permit for Matt and Meehee Kirby to share a home with
Jesse and Megan Radoslovich.
I have been a Bozeman resident for more than 20 years and have seen the housing market affect young middle class families.
The Kirby and the Radoslovich families are both employees of mine and work in a nonprofit that serves college students.
These families need to live in town in order to have proximity to the college and have found the cost of housing to be far
above what they can manage. I have known them as young college students before they were married and know them to be
community minded, generous, and with a deep desire to serve others.
Finally, these families are from hardworking family backgrounds and take great pride in their home. I have visited both of
their previous homes and even the ones they had two or three homes back. Matt loves yard work and loves to tend the
landscaping. Jesse has carpentry experience and is looking forward to finishing the basement. Megan takes pride in the
hospitality of her home. Meehee is already thinking about how to make the neighbors more comfortable by making sure
friends who come over don't park in the cul de sac.
I truly believe that having these two families in the neighborhood will benefit the community.
