QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR ADEQUATE CONSIDERATION, MICHAEL W. DELANEY and ILEANA
INDRELAND, husband and wife, of 101 East Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715, and
DELANEY AND COMPANY, INC., of 101 East Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715, the
GRANTORS, do hereby convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main
Street, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771-1230, the GRANTEE, all right, title and interest
held by GRANTORS in and to the following described real estate, situated in Gallatin County,
Montana, to-wit:
Ferguson Avenue Right of Way
The west 50.00 feet ofthe Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 5 East
. -. ofP.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
Babcock Street Right of Way
The north 45.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 5
East ofP.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana
Subject to any and all existing easements, rights of way, conditions, restrictions, and
reservations of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereot; and also all
the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law
as in equity, ofthe Grantor;
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said premises with their appurtenances unto the said GRANTEE
and their heirs assigns forever.
