The following representatives have been designated for the work performed under this Task Order: City: Bob Murray,P.E. Contractor: Tony Gaddo,P.E. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work for Task Order No. 15 is detailed in the attached Exhibit A-15 Project Scope of Services. COMPENSATION: Contractor shall be reimbursed on a time and materials basis with a total cost not to exceed $2,995.00. The total cost for Task Order No. 15 is detailed in the attached Exhibit A-15 Project Scope of Services. Contractor shall invoice no more often than monthly for services provided in the prior month. The provisions of the Professional Services Master Task Order Agreement and any Special Terms and Conditions and/or Exhibits or Attachments to this Task Order shall govern the Work. IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties authorized to commit resources of the companies have executed this Task Order: of Bozeman Contractor i By �A By: Title: (Z'IbA Title: PV erg " Date: Date: /°AY A 7 Fed.ID.No. 92-0166301 4f6 BOWL Exhibit A-15 —Scope of Services October 4, 2017 Professional Services Agreement for Streets and Utilities Land Agent Services Project Scope of Services Task Order No. 15 The scope of services for this City of Bozeman Right-of-Way Acquisition Project is to provide public right-of-way research and reporting activities for an abandoned water main corridor for the City of Bozeman (City). The City is in the planning stages for new water main improvements in the near future and needs to complete right-of-way (R/W)research prior to final design to determine existing R/W in the project vicinity. This phase of the project will be to complete the R/W research portions for the sourdough water main project corridor in the northeast corner of Section 6, Township 3 South, Range 6 East, south of Bozeman, Montana(see Figure 1). The intent of this scope of services and corresponding cost estimate is to provide R/W services on a time and materials, not to exceed basis. Additional costs related to preparing R/W acquisition deeds, easements or other legal documents, property survey, property appraisals, the actual land purchase price, relocation costs paid to property owners, and any costs associated with eminent domain proceedings are not included in this scope of services or cost estimate. The following activities will be conducted as outlined below. 1_0 PROJECT RESEARCH • Obtain and review available preliminary design plans/reports. • Obtain current maps, engineering plans, deeds, plats, C.O.S's, etc. for the project corridor. 2_0 R/W MAPPING • Review existing R/W area. • Document historical records and locations of public R/W. • Prepare R/W mapping and exhibits. • Engineering or topographic survey activities are not included in this scope of services. • QA/QC of exhibits. 3_0 R/W REPORTING • Prepare a narrative summary report to include: a) Summary of research activities b) Documentation of existing R/W and easements c) Land ownership in the project area d) Historical records for existing water mains e) Appendix including copies of R/W and historical documents • QA/QC of documents.
