BACKGROUND: The Impact Fee Advisory Committee (IFAC) currently has two vacant positions: 1. Certified Public Accountant Holding No Public Office or Employment, expiring December 31, 2017 2. Other Member as Selected by the City Commission, expiring December 31, 2018 The Impact Fee Advisory Committee, established under 7-6-1604, MCA, shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the City Commission. The members shall be: The City Engineer; The City Finance Director; A certified public accountant who shall hold no other public office or employment; 1 builder; 1 land developer; 2 citizens of Bozeman not employed in the development industry; and 2 other members as selected by the City Commission. A majority of members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. Appointments are made for two years.
