Dear Mayor Taylor:
The City of Bozeman's request for an amendment for the above referenced contract was
recently reviewed by the Department's Loan and Grant Review Committee.
Based on the submitted information, the Committee approved the following amendments.-
* Revised contract period to end on November 16, 2018.
A contract amendment will be routed to you through DocuSign.
In the meantime, an amendment is also needed for the business assistance agreement between
the City of Bozeman and the business. The Department will need an executed copy for its files.
