Subject: [SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE] Black Olive Proposal
Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
We are writing to ask that you, yet again, deny the proposed Black Olive development. Afterlearning that the Montana Supreme Court ruled in favor of the city of Bozeman in a past case
where the city denied a permit to Town & Country for many of the same reasons yourconstituents are asking that you not approve this new development, we believe you would be
on sound legal footing to deny this new permit.
Please vote in favor of the majority of people you represent by voting against the Black Olive.We only get a single opportunity to 'infill' our beloved Bozeman, please let those of us who
reside here have a voice in these decisions.
And, in case it is not apparent, we're paying close attention and we vote.
