Subject:Mr. and Mrs. Matt Kirby"s request regarding their home at 4149 Clydesdale Court in Bozeman.

To the City Commission:
We are writing this in behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Kirby who have recently purchased a house
at 4149 Clydesdale Court in Bozeman. We know the Kirbys through the process of renting a
small house to them at 210 S. 10th, in Bozeman. They were our renters for about 3 years.
During that time they had guests from time to time from out of town for extended stays, and
they were always faithful to abide by the ordinances of the city such as no noise after 10:00
and being careful with parking on the street. As we visited with their neighbors from time to
time, they would invariable mention how appreciative they were of the Kirby's consideration
of the neighborhood. They were respected and well liked.
As they move into the house they hope to share with another family, we can highly
recommend them based on our experience with them as being responsible renters and good
neighbors. As Bozeman is looking for ways to provide more affordable housing, we believe
the Kirby family will be excellent in this endeavor to share a very large and adequate
house with another family. They have had experience in sharing a house with other families
from time to time and have always complied with the rules of the neighborhood.
