Chambless - 4149 Clydesdale Court CUP Cooperative HousingFrom:Robert Chambless To:Agenda Subject:Kirby & Radoslovich Conditional Use Permit Date:Monday, October 16, 2017 10:39:07 AM Good morning, My name is Robert Chambless, and I am writing to voice my support of the Conditional Use Permit for Cooperative Housing that the Kirby and Radoslovich families have applied for. Ihave been a resident of Bozeman for six years now, and have known the Kribys for five years. I now know both of these families as coworkers and as friends. The Kirbys have been such awelcoming couple to me as I have made Bozeman my home. As I spend time with their family, I see a great respect for others. Matt and Meehee are selfless in how they live theirlives, and have always been open to offering a lending hand to their neighbors. I have observed that Matt is willing to help neighbors with tasks such as mowing their lawn andremoving snow from sidewalks. When I moved into a new apartment, Matt was the first person to volunteer to help, and he did so joyfully. From the past six months of building afriendship with the Radosloviches, I have seen a similar quality of care for others. These are two families with high character. I am also excited about the prospect of this permit, because I believe that it is a great optionfor affordable housing in Bozeman. We all know that we, as a city, have a lot of work to do to make housing affordable for Montanans. I see this unique opportunity as a blessing forBozeman. These two families are responsible and kind, and I am confident that they will maintain the value of the property and those around the home. I spent a lot of time at theKirbys old home, and the landscaping, and upkeep of the home were always kept to a high standard. These families value living in community with others, and I am confident that theywill add to the community that is being built in Baxter Meadows. While I know that the city must proceed with caution when reviewing such requests, I believe that these families are agreat fit for cooperative living, and will benefit Bozeman as a result of this permit. Thank you for your attention to my email, and to the request for the Conditional Use Permit. -- God bless, Robert Chambless
