Good afternoon,
My name is Kelsey Chambless and I am a Bozeman resident living at 204 E. Granite Avenue.
I am writing on behalf of Matt and MeeHee Kirby, and Jesse and Megan Radoslovich. Bothof these families are my friends and co-workers who I have known for many years. I have so
much love and respect for them. They are responsible homeowners and members of thecommunity. They care for their neighbors both relationally and practically. For example,
Matt would shovel snow from his neighbors' driveways.
I am strongly in favor of the CUP for Cooperative Housing that the Kirbys and Radoslovicheshave applied for and would urge the City Commission to approve it. My husband and I have
personally experienced how difficult it is to find affordable housing in Bozeman. I believethat they have found a good solution to this problem by living together. They will take
excellent care of the home and be a blessing to their neighborhood. I also think that approvingthis permit will encourage other families to use this same legal process to live together rather
than doing so without a permit. This will be beneficial to the city of Bozeman as a whole, andI see no negative consequences to approving this permit.
