Subject:Conditional Use Permit for the Kirby"s and the Radoslovich"s
Date:Saturday, October 14, 2017 10:34:41 AM
Hello,
I am writing on behalf of my good friends the Kirby's and the Radoslovich's, who are seeking
a Conditional Use Permit for a Cooperative Househole arrangement.
In seeking to honor the city and its laws they have submitted to the laws and ordinances of thecity of Bozeman at every opportunity, demonstrating the high character they have. I have
known the Kirby's for over five years and the Radoslovich's have been family friends of myparents for many years. They are good people and I expect nothing but good things to come if
they are to receive the Conditional Use Permit they are seeking.
In many ways I can see this being a benefit to the city of Bozeman as well. In my opinion thisis a step in the right direction for affordable housing. The Kirby's and Radoslovich's have
found a great solution for some of the highly priced living situations in Bozeman by livingtogether. There will be less financial strain on both families in paying the mortgage together,
allowing more of their undivided attention on working in this town and making Bozeman abetter place for all. I know that they will keep and maintain their home in such a way that it
will keep value because I have seen the way they have maintained their previous home inwhich they have generously hosted me many times. Furthermore, two families living in one
house opens up many more opportunities for carpooling, reducing auto emissions and keepingthe mountain air fresh and clean for all of us to enjoy.
I am writing to you that you would consider granting these two families a Conditional Use
Permit for a Cooperative Household. To my understanding they have met all otherrequirements hands-down. There is no reason I can see why this Permit would end up being
bad for Bozeman or the neighborhood, but I can only see the good. Thank you for reading!
Good day,
Mr. Joshua Deeney
