Hi, my name is CJ Moll, I have been a Bozeman resident for the past four years. I am writing on
behalf of the Kirbys and Radoslovichs as they are trying to get a conditional use permit for their
new home. I have known both of them for the past four years as I work with them and am also
good friends with both families.
They are both some of the most caring families I know and would not only live in their
neighborhood but serve the neighbor's as well. Over the years I have seen the Kirbys care
extremely well for their neighbors throughout the winters shoveling off their neighbors' driveways
and loving them well, honestly, they are the kind of neighbors I would want to have in my
neighborhood
Not only would this benefit their neighborhood but would benefit the city of Bozeman as well. If
more cooperative housing arrangements are allowed, there would be more affordable housing
and also cut down on some of the congestion in the city, as families would be able to easily
carpool together. Having families in one home would also allow for Bozeman to accommodate
more people while using less land, helping the city to grow in positive ways.
