Greetings!
My name is Jim Keena, my wife Kim and I are citizens of Bozeman.
I am writing on behalf of Matt & MeeHee Kirby’s request for a Conditional Use Permit for a
Cooperative Household agreement. I understand this will allow two families to be recognized
as a single housekeeping unit. I believe their home is more than large enough to house both
their family and the Radoslovich family.
We have known the Kirby’s for nearly ten years. They regularly attend and serve the church
where I am the Lead Pastor. They are both extraordinarily responsible and trustworthy. If
granted the permit, I am confident they will be excellent neighbors. I’m convinced they will
comply with the regulations of the city of Bozeman and the HOA of Baxter Meadows. We
recommend them for this permit without any reservations.
This will be a positive step in Bozeman’s ongoing initiative to provide affordable housing to our
community. In addition, it will help reduce carbon emissions through shared utility expenses
and transportation. I truly believe this is a win-win situation for the Kirbys and the citizens of
Bozeman.
