Dear Commissioners,
I am writing in support of the Conditional Use Permit for Matt and MeeHee Kirby to allow
their proposed Cooperative Housing.
I can speak to the character of Matt and MeeHee as I have known them for over six years, andhave seen the positive impact they have made on this community, and the lives of countless
MSU students.
By approving this permit, it would help reduce traffic (they will be carpooling since they workwith Jesse and Megan), and help with the housing shortage in Bozeman. As someone who
works in Bozeman and has kids at Meadowlark Elementary, I care deeply about this town andcommunity. I believe it will only benefit the city to allow this Cooperative Housing.
