ORDINANCE NO. 1320
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING
THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY
MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQU I RED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $52,008.00 per annum - $4,334.00 per month
Official Bond - $20,000,00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be
effective as of January 1, 1991.
PROVISIONALL Y PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a
regular session thereof held on the 7th day of January 1991.
