To whom it may concern,
I am writing in support of the Kirby and Radoslovich families in regards to their
request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Cooperative Household in the Baxter
Meadows subdivision. I, Lisa Hedge, am a Bozeman resident living in the Baxter
Meadows subdivision, and am a close friend of both families. I have known both
families personally for 7+ years.
I am convinced that it is in the best interest of the City of Bozeman, and the Baxter
Meadows neighborhood, to grant this permit to these two families. Matt and MeeHee
Kirby are of high character, and have given their lives to love, serve, and improve the
community around them. For almost 10 years, Matt and MeeHee have served as
mentors to college students, are active in their local church, and have reached out to
serve and care for their neighbors in the Brentwood neighborhood. In the Brentwood
neighborhood, as well as in the community in general, the Kirby's are known to have
a good reputation, integrity, trustworthy, maintaining a beautiful home and yard, and
personally making improvements and updates to their house on Maplewood. The
Radoslovich's are similarly in good standing in their former community in Cheney,
WA. Jesse and Megan are also of high character and integrity. They were active in
their community as well, serving college students, church members, neighbors and
many charitable organizations as well, recently in meeting the needs of a local
refugee family.
These two families truly are the kinds of citizens a city like Bozeman values. As a
member of the Baxter Meadows community, I wholeheartedly support the granting of
this permit to the Kirby and Radoslovich families. I am confident they will keep a
beautiful property, adding value to the home, keeping peace and building trust with
neighbors, always with a high sense of moral obligation to the needs of others.
Please use your authority to grant this Conditional Use Permit to these two families.
