ORDINANCE NO. 1313
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION IV. OF ORDI NANCE
NO. 553, AS CODIFIED IN SECTION 9.66.110 OF THE BOZEMAN
MUNICIPAL CODE.
Preamble
This ordinance replaces the term "park commission" with "city
commission" due to prior abolishment of the park commission.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
That Section VI. of Ordinance No. 553, as codified in Section 9.66.110 of
the Bozeman Municipal code be, and the same is hereby amended, to read:
9.66.110 Park property--Regulations authorized.
The pa1"k--emnmi~~ton city commission shall have the right to adopt rea-
sonable regulations for the government of the public parks in the city, and no
person shall violate any of such regulations.
Section 2
Savings Provision
This ordinance does not affect rights and duties that matured, penalties
that were incurred or proceedings that were begun before the effective date of
this ordinance.
Section 3
Severabi Iity
If any provision of this ordinance is declared unconstitutional, or the
applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the con-
stitutionality of the remainder of the ordinance and the applicability thereof to
the other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
