Task Order with Tetra Tech for Landfill Remediation Oversight Commission Memorandum REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission FROM: Rick Hixson, City Engineer SUBJECT: Tetra Tech Task Order - 2017-2018 Remediation Systems Oversight AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent MEETING DATE: October 16, 2017 RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the attached Task Order with Tetra Tech for 2017-2018 Remediation Systems Oversight. BACKGROUND: The purpose of this task order is to allow Tetra Tech to continue oversight of operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the remediation systems at the Story Mill Landfill. The duration of the task order is one year. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. FISCAL EFFECTS: The total cost of these services is estimated to be $168,951.00. They will be paid for with Solid Waste funds.
